Artist's Comments
Squirrel Kid is another project from my Illustration class 2 semesters ago. The idea was to illustrate an animal doing something "human" as a form of advertisement while using a mere 2 colors; I chose to do a young squirrel boy drinking a glass of milk ...because it "does a body good"!
Not only did I receive an A for this project, but it was also on display in the art departments glass cabinets. Acrylic wash and black ink. Mounted and matted, 15" x 20", 2007. |
